With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

The Rab Sentinel is Rab's warmest softshell jacket and is designed to provide warmth and protection in the toughest winter conditions. Using the new Matrix Pro 3 layer laminate softshell fabric it is virtually waterproof, totally windproof and highly breathable. Warmth is provided by the high loft fleece lining which traps air to provide superb insulation and moisture management.
Matrix Pro is the latest edition to Rab's superb line up of softshell fabrics, it is made up of a 3 layer laminate construction with a tough nylon face fabric, a wind and water resistant membrane and a high loft fleece lining. This combination provides superb weather resistance and whilst it is not guaranteed waterproof (the seams are not taped) it will keep out all but the nastiest of weather. The Sentinel is perfect for winter mountaineering where you need maximum protection and freedom of movement in a lightweight do-it-all package. Throw this superb jacket on over a decent base layer and it will keep you warm, dry and protected leaving you free to focus on your route.
One of the best features of the Sentinel is the excellent hood, Rab are masters of hood design and have created a fully adjustable and helmet compatible hood that still remains comfortable and useable when you are not wearing a lid. You get two zipped hand pockets and two internal zipped pockets to take care of storage and simple Velcro cuff adjusters keep out the drafts and spindrift.
Whilst the Sentinel is aimed squarely at winter mountain sports it is perfectly suitable as a warm and highly weather resistant everyday jacket.
