Measurements refer to body size, not garment dimensions.
Slim Fit: Slim fitting, sitting close to the body, great for showing of your guns and pecks.
Regular Fit: Neither slim nor oversized. Regular-fitting garments that are bang in the middle. The middle is good.
Relaxed Fit: Drapes loosely on the body, baggy fit.
Measure around your chest/bust, holding the measuring tape under your armpit.
Measure around your waist at the narrowest part.
From a standing position, measure from your crotch to your ankle.
With your arms in a slightly bent postion, measure from the centre of the back of your neck, along the length of your arm, to the wrist.
Measure around your hips at the widest part.

Measure along the spine between the 7th cervical vertebra and the level of the hip iliac crest
Compare this measurement to the Sizing Charts
It is possible to interchange different size shoulder strap and hipbelt components on many Arc'teryx Packs, but this will not change or affect the back-length of the pack.
