With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

The composite constructing of the Alpha Comp Hoody from Arc’teryx makes it the perfect choice for the avid alpine climbers out there. The zonal use of the 40 denier Gore-Tex fabric in the Hood, shoulders, front arm and hem not only provides water proof protection in those areas but also greater abrasion resistance against rock hipbelts and harnesses use. Talking of hipbelt and harness use; the Alpha Comp features removable Hemlock inserts that slides into the hem to provide a stay-put solution to the common “ride-up” problem we have all faced.
The use of the proprietary Arc’teryx Fortius 1.0 softshell fabric in the main body, back and underarms allows for superb breathability but still providing a good bit of wind and water resistance. Even though Gore-Tex is breathable to a degree; during those sweaty parts of a climb you won’t have the Gore-Tex membrane acting as a barrier therefore exponentially increasing the overall moisture vapour transfer rate of the garment. The added bonus of course is that this will also increase the jackets ability to regulate your body temperature more effectively.
Finally of course this wouldn’t be a climbing jacket if it didn’t have the Arc’teryx, helmet compatible Stormhood. The Stomhood is designed to be able to easily accommodate a climbers helmets and provides great peripheral vision and fit without restricting movement. Don’t worry though it still has the right kind of volume adjustment in the hood for it to work and fit well when a helmet is not in use.
Note: WaterTight zippers are highly water resistant, but not waterproof. We do not recommend keeping items in your pockets that may be damaged by moisture.
