With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

The Eclipse Hooded Zip Tee uses two weights of the high performance Polartec Powerdry fleece to optimise warmth, bulk and moisture management. Powerdry 200 (g/m²) is used in the bulk of the construction for added warmth and a lighter weight Powerdry 160 (g/m²) is used in key areas such as the hem, hood, wrists and underarms where less bulk is required and where more moisture builds up. This combination of fabric makes the Eclipse the perfect mid layer for cold weather active pursuits or you can use it as a super warm base layer in extreme conditions.
The hood on this superb fleece layer is a work of art and simply genius. You can use it as a standard lightweight under helmet hood but when you zip it right up a separate flap of fabric comes across and creates a full balaclava to fully protect your face from icy blasts. The zip is offset and when fully zipped the puller ends up by your right ear, this avoids the zip rubbing on your face in balaclava mode and catching your catching your whiskers in the zip's teeth, which is annoyingly painful, but as the zip runs at a different direction to other layers it reduces cold spots that you normally get from zips that are all lined up. Nice long sleeves with comfortable wrist loops and a long body length keep all the warmth in and allow a full range of movement without exposing your flesh. Talking of long things the Eclipse itself is very long in the body which makes it perfect for tuckjng into your mountain pants to keep your vulnerable areas warm and toasty and it also avoids exposing your midriff when reaching high. I'm 6'3" and the Eclipse comes right down over my bum!
To help reduce the build-up of bacterial odour the Eclipse Hooded Zip Tee is treated with Polygiene, a naturally occurring antimicrobial agent that lasts for the life of the garment; Polygiene is completely safe next to the skin and is environmentally friendly. I would use this piece when climbing or fast moving winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding or even hiking.
