With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).
For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. The brilliant Osprey Viper has had a complete overhaul for 2016 making it the perfect pack for a quick evenings blast around the woods or a minimalist trip to your favourite trail centre. Designed specifically for mountain biking it features just enough storage for the bare essentials and has an integrated 2.5l Hydraulics LT reservoir and the brilliant Lid Lock helmet retention system.
Comfort and stability is taken care of by the fully ventilated carrying system that uses die cut foam and Ospreys BioStretch harness. The AirScape ventilated foam back panel allows maximum airflow whilst retaining full contact for stability and the shoulder straps and the hip belt are fully ventilated and have an element of stretch to allow the pack to move with you even on the most demanding trails.
Access to the integrated Hydraulics LT bladder is quick and easy thanks to the long asymmetric zip that extends down onto the shoulder strap to captivate the hose. A magnet on the bite valve connects to the sternum strap to stop the bite valve flapping around when riding and places it within easy reach. The bladder itself is simply one of the best available and features a large easy opening and unique internal chevron baffles keep the water stable and the pressure high for a smooth delivery without having to suck hard. When you need to re-fill the reservoir the QuickConnect system means you dont have to unthread the hose each time, simply disconnect it from the reservoir so you can whip it out really easily for rapid replenishment.
The main compartment features a neat organiser section to keep your tools and pumps easily accessible and has just about enough room to stuff in a lightweight wind top. An external large front compression pocket will swallow a bit more kit and also acts to stabilise the load via the side compression straps and there are two small stretch side pockets to stuff in energy gels etc.
The unique LidLock system provides a quick and secure attachment point for your helmet without taking up valuable storage space inside the pack. I reckon we have got around 100 years of mountain biking experience between us here at Trekitt and we all agree that the Osprey bike packs are simply the best available.
