With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).
For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. These new Superfeet Flex High insoles offer comfort and support at a fantastic price and are suitable for all sports and activities where you are constantly on your feet. These comfortable insoles provide mild and comfortable arch support with their 3D structure and cushioning to improve the support and comfort of your boots and shoes.
This Superfeet Flex High insole uses 5mm Aerospring foam and offers, rather obviously, high arch support making them suitable for feet with higher arches. The tough top sheet material has an antimicrobial treatment to reduce the build up of pong creating bacteria so they will stay fresh for longer. The original Superfeet Insoles are so effective thanks to the patented heel cradle and that principle has been transferred to these new Flex insoles so that your foot is stabilised and controlled throughout the gait cycle.
This high volume insole is suitable for roomier footwear and would be a massive improvement on the standard floppy and unsupportive insoles that normally come as standard. So if you want to increase your comfort and support and instantly upgrade your boots slip a pair of these in and your feet will thank you.
Superfeet Insoles fit by heel cup measurement rather than by foot size, they are made with a generous sizing that covers about 1-2 sizes and can be trimmed to fit inside your chosen footwear.
If you can meet all the above fitting criteria then you have got the right size, if not then go up a size to get the correct fit. As a rough guide the table below will give you a good starting point to selecting the correct footbed.
Once you are happy with the fit you may need to need to trim the Superfeet insole to fit in your chosen footwear. Simply remove the original insole and use it as template. Position the top side of the original insole on the bottom side of the Superfeet insole and line it up on the heel and the inside edge. Draw around the original insole with a pen to give you a trim line. Cut the Superfeet insole and then insert into your shoes ensuring that it does not curl up around the toe area and that it has a slightly loose fit with a bit of wriggle room front to back, if it is too tight then whip it out and trim a bit more off.
