With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

The Nordisk Reisa 4 is a roomy and versatile tunnel tent designed for family camping, base camp use or cycle and car touring. The tunnel design is extremely quick and easy to pitch and offers good internal height so you can actually sit inside the tent in comfort when the weather turns nasty. Twin sleeping cabins offer versatile accommodation for up to four adults with three in one cabin and one in the other. The single cabin can be completely removed to increase the living space and maximise the ventilation. Three large doors provide easy access, there's one either side and a large opening at the front. This front opening can be propped up to create a canopy and all the doors can be rolled up and stashed in roof pockets to create an open and airy space. The side doors feature TPU clear windows that create a bright interior or they can be covered up with roll down curtains for more privacy.
Nordisk use a tough polyurethane (PU) impregnated rip-stop polyester flysheet for strength, tear resistance and waterproofing (3000mm hydrostatic head) and the inner sleeping pods are made from a lightweight and breathable polyester material with No-See-Um mesh panels in the doors. The single pod even has a full mesh side so you can unzip the door and take in the view without being bothered by insects. Lightweight and reliable aluminium poles are used throughout to reduce weight and provide superior strength and you get 28 quality square skewer pegs to ensure a secure grounding. Each sleeping cabin has a built in tough and waterproof (8,000mm hydrostatic head) oxford polyester groundsheet which provides protection from the wet ground and you also get a separate footprint to cover the middle section between the cabins which is particularly useful when camping in soggy conditions or on snow.
The Reisa is pitched flysheet first with the poles being inserted quickly into the colour coded external sleeves, in hot weather you can just use the flysheet as your shelter for a truly minimal camping experience. Once the outer is pitched simply clip in the inner sleeping pods to suit your requirements. This pitching method is very quick and ensures the inner stays dry in wet conditions. If you are moving from site to site you can leave the inner cabins attached and pitch the Reisa as one. Once you get inside the ample headroom and light, airy interior adds to the sense of space and the large doors provide easy access and a full panoramic view.
