With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).
For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. The Summit Jacket is a hugely versatile technical mountain walking or climbing jacket. It can be used as an insulating, low bulk midlayer or as a lightweight protective outer depending on the conditions. A combination of Polartec Powerstretch Pro fleece and the superb Alpha insulation combine to provide great stretch, breathability, excellent comfort and warmth.
The use of Polartec Power Stretch Pro in the sleeves and back area provides great durability, stretch and comfort. Powerstretch Pro is made up of a smooth nylon outer face that resists abrasion and the weather, it sheds light rain and snow and glides superbly under a hard shell waterproof. The inner fabric is a micro fleece that traps air to provide warmth and moisture management, this brilliant fleece material has built in stretch that offers unrestricted movement making it perfect for climbing and mountaineering. Powerstretch is used in areas of the jacket that require less insulation and more breathability.
The whole front of the jacket is insulated with Polartec Alpha synthetic insulation that is protected by a lightweight woven-stretch face fabric to keep out the wind and rain. An open mesh liner maximises the insulation's superb breathability and reduces bulk. Polartec Alpha was designed to offer efficient insulation with unsurpassed breathability so it is better suited for more active pursuits.
The Haglofs Summit Jacket is such a versatile piece and will become one of your indispensable bits of kit. It works so well on it's own when you are working hard and just need some protection from the elements or slip it under a shell jacket when the weather turns really nasty and you've got a low bulk, warm and stretchy midlayer that wont leave you all damp and sweaty.
