With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).
For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. The Arete gloves are the best sellers amongst a wide range of other gloves, designed for the ultimate protection in alpine conditions. Offering grip, dexterity and waterproof protection, the Arete glove features a Gore-tex membrane which has proven over the years as the most reliable and the original in lightweight waterproof protection. Other features include lightweight fleece insulation to keep your hands warm in intense conditions, an AlpenGrip palm to provide grip in a varied range of conditions and an 100% polyester backing of the glove to ensure durability while using climbing equipment or generally being in the mountains or harsh conditions.
Separated into two halves, the liner and the shell, the liner provides the warmth and cosiness, while the shell protects your hands against the rain and wind. If you wish to wear the liner on it's own, it is fully removable and features a silicone palm so you don't have to miss out on grip by not having the shell. A pre-curved construction further increases the versatility and the fit of the glove, while an elasticated wrist, a pull on loop and a carabiner loop all contribute to why this is a best seller. lastly, on the back of the liner is a pocket intended for a heat pack/hand warmer for when the conditions are colder than usual, simply slip the shell off, insert the heat pack into the pocket, pull the shell back over and enjoy the warmth.
