90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

This rechargeable and versatile headlamp is perfect for all nigh time outdoor activities and features Petzl's own Reactive Lighting Technology. This clever feature allows the headtorch to adapt it's lighting to the users surroundings and according to the activity. During the activity, the Reactik analyses the ambient light and adjusts the brightness instantly, meaning battery life is optimised and the less you need to concentrate on your torch. If that all sounds a bit too complicated then you can run the Reactik on Constant Lighting if you prefer.

The reactik comes with a rechargeable 1800 mAh Lithium Ion battery that can be juiced up from any power source with a USB output, or you can get an optional battery pack that allows you to run on standard alkaline batteries. The headlamp sits comfortably without bouncing around thanks to the soft elasticated headband that features a two part construction for optimal positioning and stability even during dynamic activity. The whole lamp unit is weather resistant so it is perfectly safe to use in the rain, just don't drop in a river or go diving with it on!
