We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

The Helix is a laced climbing shoe designed to offer comfort and support for all day use. Although this shoe is intended primarily for indoor climbing, it works just as well for trad climbing and even a bit of bouldering. The relaxed fit allows you to wear the Helix all day without having to take them off after every climb, yet still offers excellent edge support and adjustment for technical ascents.
Sticking you to the wall is Vibram's XS Edge sole; an exceptionally sticky and durable rubber designed to offer the most grip where possible.
Although this may seem like a beginners shoe, it can be used by just about anyone wanting a technical shoe to climb for extended periods of time. The comfortable last and finely adjustable laces allows the shoe to fit a range of foot sizes and shapes.
