With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

The Icon is Black Diamonds most powerful and most versatile headtorch and it has been recently upgraded to chuck out a whopping 500 lumens of bright white LED light on maximum power. Rated to IP67 the Icon is water and dust proof and can be submersed down to a metre for 30 minutes giving you the confidence to use this powerful headtorch in saltwater, freshwater and extremely wet or dusty environments. One particularly good feature is that the night vision mode LED function can be activated without cycling through the white modes to preserve your night vision and to prevent you from accidentally blinding your mates. In night vision mode you can select red, green or blue light to cover the spectrum of night vision needs. The lock mode prevents accidental battery drainage when storing the Icon in your pack and to really optimise the performance of the Icon you can even programme the brightness level of the headtorch when it is first turned on.
To ensure that you are never left out in the dark the Icon has a built in three-stage battery level indicator that lights up to show remaining battery life for three seconds after the torch is switched on. To help you preserve the battery life in extreme cold the battery pack can be removed and stowed in your jacket using the supplied longer cable. You can also remove the battery from the headband when running or mountain biking to reduce bounce and the overall weight on your head.
