Delivery Information

We now offer FREE DELIVERY TO ALL UK ADDRESSES, regardless of order value, this is the default delivery option and will appear on your checkout page.

All orders received by 3pm are packed and despatched same working day (excluding Sat/Sun/Bank Holidays)

If you require Express Courier delivery please select this option at checkout.

Please note we currently offer delivery to UK, BFPO, and Mainland Europe only.

UK - FREE STANDARD DELIVERY - Via Royal Mail is free to all UK and BFPO addresses - regardless of order value, delivery officially takes 3-10 working days, but is often faster in practice.

OPTIONAL EXPRESS COURIER - Charged at £5.00 per order - If you require Express Courier delivery please select this option at checkout.

Tracked, next day working delivery - a working day is Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Express Courier orders are sent via APC Courier Network, they will require a signature on delivery - if you are unavailable when APC tries to deliver your order, they will leave a card and try to deliver again the next working day or offer you a collection from a local depot.

BFPO - FREE DELIVERY - Please select UK Mainland delivery option at checkout, we send all BFPO orders through the official BFPO system, this is a fully traceable service.

MAINLAND EUROPE -  is £25.00 for all orders - any value.

VAT Free BFPO- We can supply VAT Free pricing for qualifying BFPO addresses, please contact us by email with a list of your required items, we will then email you back with quotation, availability and payment details.

Orders placed for delivery outside UK, BFPO and Mainland Europe will be cancelled and any payment returned in UK Sterling (£) we shall not be liable for any exchange rate or consequential losses incurred.

Your order will usually be sent on next day delivery. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed.

We will normally only deliver goods to the address on the order, if you require a redirection please contact the shop on 01432 263335.

On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control.
