Trekitt is run by Paul and Mark Trepte, with a staff headed up by Neil Rocke who all have a wealth of experience across a wide range of outdoor activities. Having experience of running a multiple shop business we are all aware how service can easily become a casualty of commercial interest.

We have decided to do business a different way, by making customer service our main priority - and customer satisfaction our measure of success. We want you to be happy with the suitability, fit, and quality of everything you buy from us - as well as the price. If you are not happy we will refund you, without question.
