Put simply - if within 3 years a fault develops in the materials or manufacturing of a product that we sold you, we will sort it out.

The "common sense" bit. Please don't send us kit that has obviously been used and abused and is completely worn out, and then expect us to replace it. Stuff does wear out, it's a fact of life, however if you feel that your purchase is faulty send it back to us.

We cannot make any decisions without seeing the item so we reserve the right to inspect the item to determine the cause of the fault. We will then contact you to reach a fair and agreed solution, which may be a refund, replacement or a professional repair.

Return your items along with a completed Trekitt returns form (from our website) including as much detail about the fault as you possibly can. It is essential that you supply your order reference/proof of purchase
