With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

The Petzl Qaurk Ice Axe is a truly versatile technical winter mountaineering and ice climbing tool that can be adapted to suit all conditions and climbing styles. This version is supplied with a Hammer and can be paired up with the Quark Ice Axe Adze to create a pair of stunning winter tools. If you are only ever going to buy one set of winter tools these have got to be on your wish list.
Because of the easily adapted hand rests you can set them in the perfect position to suit your climbing style, from out there bold leashless to gnarly Scottish gully bashing, you can always be assured of a secure and comfortable grip. They can also be easily removed to enable smooth plunging into snow for security when mountaineering. In fact you can strip the Quark right down to the shaft and pick for some minimalist leashless sport.
The shape of the shaft has been optimised for balance and precision and with the top rest placed half way up the shaft it keeps your hands out of the snow on steep ground. The supplied pick is tapered to just 3mm to give superb penetration into all types of hard ice and mixed ground and is curved to ensure an easy extraction angle. The lower section features an over-moulded handle to provide exceptional grip and insulation from the cold.
The Quark is massively versatile, well balanced and beautifully made and is the perfect do-it-all ice climbing and mountaineering tool.
