90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

If you have ever suffered with cold hands when trying to enjoy your winter mountain sports you will know how miserable and unpleasant it can be, your whole adventure can be ruined by cold, aching and freezing hands. These incredible Stormtracker gloves from Outdoor Research are the perfect solution, they feature Altiheat battery powered heat to ensure your hands stay warm and toasty all day long.

The gloves themselves, as you would expect from OR are of the highest quality, are made using the best materials and fit superbly. These Stormtracker gloves are made with a tough nylon Gore Windstopper stretch material with water resistant goat leather palm and 60g/m² Primaloft insulation across the back of the hand. In their own rights they are a highly water resistant and warm glove, but with the added magic of Altiheat powered technology they transform to a super warm heated glove that spreads the heat evenly throughout the whole glove to keep you warm from finger tips to wrist.

The Altiheat technology has three customisable settings, High, Medium and Low so you can choose the amount of heat you need and for how long simply by pressing the built in switch on the back of the gloves. The high setting will heat for 2.5 hours, medium for 5 hours and low for 8 hours. The slimline rechargeable lithium ion battery is housed in a zip compartment on the inside of the wrist and is hardly noticeable in use. The gloves are supplied in a mesh storage bag where you can also stash the included mains charger which comes with three different plug adapters for UK, US and EU plugs.

These are the perfect gloves for all winter sports and can end the misery caused by cold hands, they are so good that they won a coveted National Geographic Award Gear of the Year award.

To ensure a good fit please follow this measuring guide.

Measure around a flat hand at the knuckles, do not include the thumb. Also measure your hand from the base of your palm to the end of your middle finger. Use the larger of the two measurements to select your glove size.
