With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).
For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. TX Direct Spray on is designed to add water repellency to the fabric of waterproof garments. Why? Well if the face fabric of your expensive waterproof clothing gets wet, the breathable technology behind it (Gore-Tex, Event etc) cannot breathe. You know what its like the first time you go out in the rain with a new jacket, the water beads up and rolls off. Then after some time this stops happening and your jacket gets all wet and heavy, it "wets out", and feels damp and clammy on the inside. TX Direct will reduce wetting out and maintain the performance of your outdoor clothing like new. Used regularly it will prolong the life of garments and enhance performance. TX Direct Spray on is applied directly to the face fabric to avoid compromising the performance of garments with wicking liners and is also suitable for non-machine washable items.
We recommend that all garments are cleaned with Nikwax Tech Wash prior to re-proofing. Wash your garment (by hand or by machine where appropriate) with Tech Wash, and then re-proof with TX Direct. Leave your garment to air dry naturally, there is no need for tumble drying or ironing to activate the proofing.
TX Direct Nikwax waterproofing products are Water Based, non-aerosol, non-flammable, non-hazardous and environmentally friendly. They contain no harmful solvents or volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and are completely free of fluorocarbons (which have been shown to be persistent in the environment and have been associated with serious health issues).
For best results remove all non-washable parts and always clean item first with Nikwax Tech Wash. No need to dry item before waterproofing.
