With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).
For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. The Osprey Hydraulics reservoir is a tough and dependable hydration bladder that makes keeping hydrated in the mountains easy. The unique combination of the pour shield and Slide-Seal top-opening allows you to easily fill and empty the reservoir, whilst enabling complete access for cleaning after use.
A tough Hydrostatic backplate provides structure so the bladder slides into your pack without crumpling up and also acts to maintain a flat profile and even water pressure.
The bite valve is magnetic and you get a sternum strap magnet to fit to your pack to keep the hose neatly attached during use; there's nothing worse than a flappy hose when your walking or biking. To stop unwanted leaks during transit the bite valve has quarter turn on/off switch and the whole delivery system is designed to provide a fast and steady flow of water. The QuickConnect system allows you to detach the hose from the reservoir for easier loading, replacement and cleaning.
Built from strong yet light TPU material, which is designed to withstand either freezing or boiling water.
Trekitt tip: To save the hassle of cleaning and drying you hydration reservoir after every use simply rinse it out well when you get home and then pop it in the freezer. This will stop bacteria from building up and scumming up your bladder.
