With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Everybody should own a pair of these brilliant lightweight gloves. They are perfect for just about any outdoor activity and will keep your hands warm and toasty in cold and damp conditions. Because they have a tiny pack size they can live unnoticed in your pack or pocket until needed and can be used on their own or as a warm liner.
The key to the Prism gloves superb performance is the 40g Primaloft Gold insulation, this is the most thermally efficient insulation available and offers the ultimate warmth to weight ratio and has incredible packability and softness. Even if your Prism gloves get soaked, simply wring them out and the Primaloft maintains 98% of warmth when wet and dries exceptionally quickly. This superb insulation is protected by a Pertex Microlight Rip-Stop shell which in itself is windproof and water resistant but not completely waterproof and is lined with a soft brushed microfleece throughout for additional warmth and moisture management.
The Prism gloves feature Montanes superb fit with curved inner seams on the fingers and a decent length to keep the vital wrist area warm. Conductive thread is used on the thumb, index and middle finger so you can still operate your touch screen devices and the cuffs are finished off with a soft elastic binding.
The Prism gloves can be used perfectly well on their own but if the conditions do get really nasty they work superbly under a pair of Lowe Alpine Alpine Storm Shell Mittens to create a warm and waterproof modular system. (Similar options available here)
