90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

Starting from where the Reactik gets it's name, it features Petzl's own Reactive Lighting Technology. This clever feature allows the headtorch to adapt it's lighting to the users surroundings and according to the activity. During the activity, the Reactik analyses the ambient light and adjusts the brightness instantly, meaning battery life is optimised and the less you need to concentrate on your torch. 

Thanks to the MyPetzl app, you're able to also control this headtorch with your smartphone. Simply download the app and follow the instructions and you'll be able to check the remaining battery life and adapt the headtorch's performance to the activity at hand, whether that's trail running, mountaineering, trekking or backpacking. Not only are you able to connect your phone to the headtorch, but you can do so completely wirelessly with the aid of built in bluetooth. 

The 1800mAh battery will provide a substantial run time, and when the time comes where it does run out of juice, the Reactik is completely rechargable with a standard micro USB cable.
