With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

The Quartz is Haglof's answer to a fully featured three season softshell jacket. It offers the perfect mix of fabric for any mountain terrain when breathability and durability is key.
The outer fabric is an exceptionally breathable, stretchy, durable and comfortable mix of Polyamide and Elastane, called 'FlexAble'. This fabric is ideal for any mountain activity when breathability and durability is a priority. The fabric is coated in a DWR (durable water repellancy) to shield you from the wind and rain when the weather turns for the worst. Although this fabric is not fully waterproof, it'll stop the rain coming in for a fair amount of time before it does start to creep through. The main benefit of wearing a softshell over a fully waterproof jacket is the breathability; a softshell typically has no waterproof membrane, therefore your sweat can escape much more easily.
What separates the Quartz from most softshells however is that Haglofs decided to add Polartec Alpha insulation to the jacket. This fully synthetic Polyester insulation is featured in the core parts of the jacket, providing a little more warmth and protection during colder months or time spent at altitude. Alpha will stay warm if it does happen to get wet and will pack up nice and small to shove in a pack as an emergency layer.
Two mid mounted pockets give you tonnes of space for small bits and bobs which need quick access, while a chest pocket and a 3 way adjustable, helmet compatible hood makes it a brilliant jacket for climbing purposes too.
