With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

The secret to the NeoAir Trekkers performance is the clever ThermaCapture triangular core. The mat is basically air filled, and that air is trapped in hundreds of triangular internal chambers with a reflective surface that bounces your radiant body heat back into your sleeping bag and away from the cold ground. Cold air is also reflected back to the ground so it cannot penetrate your body.
This clever construction does away with the need to insulate the internal space of the mat with an insulating material, keeping the weight to a minimum. Because there is no filling the whole lot packs down incredibly small. This mat is constructed with horizontal baffles which increase stability and reduce the bounce normally associated with longitudinal baffles. The fabric of the mat is a lightweight 50D Polyester, and the bottom fabric is a super tough 75D Polyester for increased durability.
This mat has a R-Value of 3.2 which in real terms relates to 3 season performance, so it is not suitable for use on snow or frozen ground. R-Values are an international standard of insulation and (in simple terms) indicate the materials ability to reduce heat flow through conduction, radiation or convection. Therefore the higher the R-Value, the lower the heat transfer and the greater the insulation properties of the material.
