With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

What is a hard-faced fleece you may ask? It isn't a widely known concept, however it makes perfect sense. Essentially, it performs as your standard fleece would but with a super durable, water resistant outer. It is not designed to be windproof like a softshell, but it is far more breathable and much better suited towards high output activities such as mountaineering and alpine climbing. This hard-faced fleece is designed to wick away sweat and keep you cool when you're working hard, it works brilliantly as a midlayer underneath a shell jacket in foul weather, but also works just as well as an outer layer if you require a breeze to pass through to cool you down.
Providing the warmth in the Acto is Arc'teryx's simple yet effective gridded backer fleece. This manages your moisture when working hard and also stays warm while wet, ideal for alpine climbing and anything mountainous. The zip can be extended all the way up to your chin for protection and features a No Slip Zip design to avoid it slipping down during movement. On the topic of movement, Arc'teryx have cleverly solved the issue of your jacket rising while wearing a harness by placing their HemLock strip of material along the lower of the Acto. This tube-like piece of material is encoporated into the bottom of the hem, meaning the jacket stays put during climbing.
The Acto's body may be highly air permeable, however the hood features Arc'teryx's lightweight Tyono windproof fabric to block out 100% of the wind. This is ideal when wearing a climbing helmet, as the hood can offer protection in cold weather while the body manages heat efficently.
