The Gear Warrior 29 (that's 29 inches high and not 29 litres capacity) comes from their Outdoor Gear Series and is designed to be ultra-durable without adding extra weight. Eagle Creek have pushed the limits of material technology and engineered construction to create a bag that will last a lifetime without breaking your back or taking up half your luggage weight allowance. This superb wheeled duffel is made with Eagle Creek's own water repellant 450D Geo-Ripstop fabric with 210D Exo Skeleton reinforcements on all the major wear areas for increased strength and abrasion resistance. And if that wasn't enough they have fused Hypalon reinforcements to the corners to stop clumsy baggage handles or accidental drops from scuffing up your lovely bag.
Packing this beast is easy, a large zip opens up the main compartment to reveal a large open space with internal compression straps to keep your load under control. The zips are #10 gauge for strength and feature lockable pullers with glove friendly tabs. A large flap front pocket features an internal mesh pocket and there's also a zipped top pocket for items you may need to grab quickly. As well as those storage options there are many lash points that you can use to attach kit to the outside of the pack; there's even a really clever "Equipment Keeper" hidden away on the back pocket that can be used to attach helmet's or other bulky items. The buckle of the Equipment Keeper has a built in bottle opener to ensure refreshments are available throughout your trip. Twin stiffened wings down the side of the pack compress the contents and also protect the zips when in transit.
Lugging the Gear Warrior around is made easy by the oversized treaded wheels with a protective housing, these tough and grippy wheels work well on varied terrain and the built in kick plate keeps you rolling over kerbs and cobbles with ease. A lightweight anodized aluminium dual-tube handle reduces weight further and once it is fully tucked away a zipped flap protects the handle from damage when in transit. There are also 4 additional padded grab handles if you just want to lug it around or drag it off the carousel.
