90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Transporter 40 Duffel?

Osprey have applied their many years of design experience and technical genius to produce one of the best expedition/travel duffels available. Its the quality of construction and ease of use that set this duffel apart and make it eminently practical. From the start everything about it screams BURLY, from the tough highly water resistant nylon fabric, reinforced base, chunky zips and strong buckles. This 40 litre model meets all the current EU Carry-On size regulations making it perfect for lightweight short trips and business use.

What is the Transporter 40 Duffel made of?

The Transported is made out of a 800D Nylon - not only is this fabric incredibly tough, but it is also abrasion and water resistant - meaning that you can take it wherever, whenever and it will still look great for years to come. 

What are the features?

Access to the main compartment is through a large U zipped panel giving you instant access to all the contents and there are additional internal zipped pockets to organise smaller bits and pieces. Two external pockets provide extra storage and are useful for those things that you need quick access to such as travel documents and liquids at the security gate.

What is the back/carry system?

A zipped pocket on top of the main lid houses a backpack harness which allows you to carry the load comfortably through airports and train stations. When the harness isn't in use, it can be stowed in the lid pocket and instead, you can use the 4 tough grab handles to haul the bag into the back of the car. The Transporter also has a detachable, padded shoulder strap to provide another way to carry the duffel.
