With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).
For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This T4MO-1 Hikers Hat is specially designed for hikers, trekkers and travellers and features a HyperKewl evaporative cooling insert to provide comfort in hot conditions. The HyperKewl insert sits in a mesh pocket in the crown and acts to keep the temperature much cooler inside your hat; simply soak the insert in cool water to activate it and then pop it in the pocket. In very hot conditions you can re-activate as often as you like or even pop it in the freezer for a few hours before setting off. The Hikers hat also features a mesh section at the crown to assist the evaporative cooling effect and to increase the airflow around your head to keep things comfy. If you're not using the HyperKewl insert you could stow away cash, credit cards, keys etc. inside the mesh pocket. You also get an adjustable and tuck-away wind cord to keep your precious hat on in blustery conditions.

You’ll find the round crown styles (i.e. T3, LTM3) and the oval crown styles (i.e. T4, LTM6, LTM5 etc.) measure the same circumference but feel slightly different on your head. If you can fit two fingers flat between your forehead and Tilley Hat then the size is correct, even though they may feel different due to the crown style. If used to a ‘round’ crown style, it may take you a few days to get used to an ‘oval’ crown style.
