90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

The Corklite offers the whole range of features; comfortable Aergon CorTec grips, Super Lock adjustment system for hassle-free pole length adjustment, anti-shock to take the stress away and ultralight, high-strength aluminium shafts.

Aergon CorTech grips are extremely light and comfortable to use in all conditions as they allow the palm to breath when it's hot, reduce vibration and are ergonomically shaped for comfort. Attached to the grip to provide support and stability is the Leki Skin Strap in a lightweight and breathable fabric to provide maximum comfort with minimum weight. This strap is easily adjusted to perfectly fit your hand size.

Leki have used the new and improved SpeedLock 2 system to adjust the pole length, this system works like the quick release found on bicycles and can be operated when wearing thick gloves or even mittens. This new system is 30% smaller, 25% lighter and has a 20% stronger holding force than the original SpeedLock system and is quite frankly a huge improvement.

The only downside with aluminium compared to carbon is that it doesn't absorb shock brilliantly. Leki have considered this and now use their SAS cushioning system in the Trail AS (anti-shock) poles. Inside the pole sit two elastometic pads placed either side of an internal spring; this absorbs far more shock than a spring alone and will lessen the effect of muscle and joint fatigue over long durations. This is also especially useful while descending as it will take around 15% of your body weight off your knees. 

All three sections of these poles are made from aluminium HTS to give you a lightweight, strong, stable and extremely durable pair of trekking poles that will stand up to regular use in all conditions and terrain. The contact point is the Leki Flex Tip Short which provides a more precise pole placement with a tungsten tip for grip and durability. On hard pavement surfaces we recommend the use of rubber tips for increased grip and quieter use, or you can use the Leki Trekking Silent Spike Pad which can be used on all terrain to provide grip with no annoying tippety tap.
