What is the Viper Pullover?
The Viper is a super soft, stretchy, comfortable and suitably warm piece that can be used for layering in the mountains or worn on its own during day to day life. It's designed to offer similar warmth to traditional polyester fleeces, but without the bulk and weight, providing reliable warmth without weighing you down.
What is it made from?
The Viper is made from Polartec Thermal Pro with a mixture of Tencel yarns. Thermal Pro is a wind resistant, water resistant, warm, stretchy, highly breathable and temperature regulating fabric designed to offer the greatest warmth to weight ratio of any fleece fabric. Rather than a standard Polyester, Thermal Pro uses air channels within the fabric to trap warm air, increasing the warmth and decreasing the pack size. Even with this clever technology, it's no harder to care for than a standard fleece and feels exactly the same.
What are the features?
As it's just a pullover, this won't be long! Montane give you low profile flatlock seams to reduce chafing and a zipped chest pocket for a phone or change.
How does it fit?
The Viper Pullover features a long, fairly slim fit which works brilliantly when worn underneath additional layers or on its own. The sleeves are a good length and can be pulled up if needs be.
