90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Siskin 12?

The Siskin 12 is the perfect pack for a day out on the trails. Whether you're heading out for a quick cross country loop or smashing an all-day enduro, the Siskin combines all the space and features you'll ever need. 

What is it made from?

To say biking packs get a little abuse would be doing them an injustice. Osprey know this and have equipped the Siskin with an ultra tough 210D Polyester, ensuring years of reliable use without weighing you down. This fabric also features a DWR (durable water repellent) coating to ensure mud, light rain and general detritus is repelled. 

What are the features?

Included with the pack is a 2.5 litre water bladder, ensuring you have enough fluids for a full days riding; this bladder can be removed to free up more space if you'd rather use a bottle cage. In terms of pocket space, you get a front shove-it pocket for jackets, spare gloves and other clothing, an internal organiser pocket for tools and spares, two small hipbelt pockets for snacks and a zipped scratch-free sunglasses and electronics pocket. Access to the main organiser pocket is achieved by a large U-shaped zip on the front, while the bladder features its own zip on the top. 

Other useful features include glove friendly buckles (nothing worse than cold, wet hands and buckles which won't undo), interior baffles to keep the contents secure when open, an internal key attachment clip, an LED attachment point, Osprey's LidLock bike helmet attachment, reflective graphics, side compression straps, a sternum strap which fastens to the opposing shoulder strap with a magnet (clever) and a webbing grab handle.
