90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What are the Prism Booties?

The Prism Booties are warm and lightweight, Primaloft Gold, insulated booties designed for use at the end of the day when back at camp, or just when at home if your feet get particularly cold. The included Montane stuff sack means you can throw them in your pack and forget about them as they take up very little space, but they offer welcome relief after a day in boots when you arrive at camp.

The synthetic Primaloft Gold insulation keeps your feet nice and toasty, whilst the higher boot cuff with adjustable ankle keeps the fit snug and holds all that lovely warmth in. A soft microfleece liner keeps things nice and comfortable, whilst also wicking any moisture away.

What is the Prism Bootie made from?

The Prism Bootie outer is made from 100% windproof PERTEX® QUANTUM Rip-stop fabric with a superior DWR to keep things dry. The inner is a soft and wicking microfleece for added warmth.

The insulation comes in the form of 160g/m2 PrimaLoft® GOLD Insulation throughout the Bootie upper that is warm, packable and exceptionally fast drying. The inner sole also features PrimaLoft® GOLD Insulation, but with added grip control to prevent the insulation slipping and help provide better stability.

The sole is made from tough Hypalon which extends up onto the Bootie upper for some added durability. Whilst this sole is tough, we would recommend limiting the Bootie to indoor/tent use where possible, although it should stand up to a late night bathroom trip if needed.
