The Fireball Footie was designed with the ultra runners in mind, or anyone thats after warm feet at camp but wants to keep the gram count as low as possible. Coming in at 92g (Size Medium), they more than deliver on the lightweight side of things, and with 40g/m2 of Primaloft Gold insulation, they also keep your feet nice and warm at camp after a long day out on the hills.
What are the Fireball Footies made from?
The Fireball Footies are more from Pertex Quantum, a windproof and rip-stop fabric that is tough but still extremely soft and packable. We would definiteyl recommend these as indoor only slippers, the lightweight nature of the slippers prevents them from being suitable for any camp excursions (at least without risking a tear on the soles). Inside the Footies have 40g/m2 of Primaloft Gold Insulation, a 55% recycled synthetic insulation, ideal for keeping warm even when wet. A brushed fleece lining adds to the comfort and warmth.
What are the Fireball Footies Features?
The Footies are both lightweight and windproof, great for wearing in the tent. a soft ribbed ankle cuff helps to keep all that warmth in, whilst keeping them nice and comfortable. The included Montane stuff sac packs the Fireball Footies up to a tiny size, making them fit nicely in your pack for when you need them the most.
