90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Phase 30?

Taking inspiration from Lowe Alpine’s more technical range of rucksacks, the Phase can be used for your daily commute and urban life, then taken into the mountains for a day of walking.

What is it made of?

The Phase is made from a mixture of two fabrics, a 210D nylon and a 420 polyester. Both of these fabrics are designed to take a beating, whether that be on your bike ride to the office or walking a Welsh coastal path. A durable water repellent coating ensures light rain and mist bead off the surface if you happen to get caught out. Please note, this does not make it waterproof; for complete waterproofing we’d recommend a raincover or drybags.

What is the backsystem?

Lowe Alpine use their Three Six Five backsystem on the Phase to provide comfort and breathability during use. The backpanel is made from a thick foam with mesh layered over the top for added grip. The same fabrics are used throughout the shoulder straps, while a non-weight bearing and removable hipbelt prevents the pack swinging about when commuting. The sternum strap can be moved up and down to suit your height and includes a built-in emergency whistle.

What are the features?

The make-or-break feature of any urban bag is its array of pockets; luckily Lowe Alpine know what they’re doing. Three separate compartments allow you to organise your paraphernalia neatly, while two padded internal sleeves house up to a 15” laptop and a tablet. Other storage options include two mesh side pockets, a zipped top pocket and a bungee cord on the front of the pack to stash extra bits and pieces.

As well as a wide range of pockets, you’ve also got a key clip, a bike light loop and side compression straps to prevent things bouncing around when not full.
