With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

What are the Macun Pants?
The Macuns are an incredibly comfortable and stretchy pair of soft shell trousers. Their simple, stripped down design and well thought out features is what makes them so versatile. They are perfectly at home in the alps in the summer, but, with an extra baselayer on underneath, are perfectly suited to peak-bagging in the UK!
What are they made of?
The Macuns are use a breathable soft shell fabric that is made up of 89% polyamide and 11% spandex. The Polyamide is tough, abrasion resistant and quick drying whilst the spandex provides that all important stretch that allows the Macuns to move with you body and not hinder your movement. These trousers are then given a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment to add an extra barrier of defence against showers and snow. Please note, this doesn’t make the trousers waterproof. We always recommend taking a pair of waterproof over-trousers with you when heading out for the day - especially in the UK!
What are the features?
The Macuns have three clever pockets – two in the front and one in the seat, all with zip closures. The low profile belt loops and press-stud fly closure are all low profile and don’t dig in when you’re wearing a harness.
How do they fit?
The Macuns fit into Mammut’s ‘Regular Fit’ fit block. These garments have a more generous cut that their ‘Athletic Cut’ but still share the same tailored traits as the ‘Athletic Cut’ fit block. The Macuns also have pre-shaped knees for freedom of movement.
