What is the Cormac Comp?
The Cormac is a versatile, lightweight baselayer that can be used for a multitude of high output activities indoors or outdoors. So if you are an avid gym-goer or love running and walking in the mountains then this is the baselayer for you.
What is the Cormac made of?
Made from a 100% polyester gridded fabric that Arc’teryx has dubbed Ostria, it boasts of brilliant wicking capabilities and the soft next-to-skin finish feels a bit like a luxurious soft cotton or modal fabric tee shirt. A super lightweight mesh fabric (called Reza) is used in the side panels of the tee to increase breathability even further.
What are the features?
The Cormac uses strategically placed Merrow stitching for next to skin comfort and structure. As mentioned above though, the breathable side panels really are the highlight of this baselayer. If you thought the original Cormac was breathable, this takes it to another level! As well as all that the Cormac Comp features the Arc'teryx DAO treatment which stands for Durable Anti Odour and inhibits the growth of odour causing bacteria. See, we told you it was versatile.
How does the Cormac fit?
The Cormac fits into Arcteryx's 'Regular fit' fit block, which means that it doesn't sit snug to your body, and instead gives you more of a relaxed, flowy fit for optimal venting and to not restrict your movement.
