With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

What is the Rock Up 20?
Perfectly suited towards carrying gear to and from multi-pitch climbs, the Rock Up is simple, reliable and comfortable. It's been designed in conjunction with the BMC, so you know it's designed for climbers by climbers.
What is it made of?
The main bulk of the bag is made from Montane's ultra tough 300D Raptor Dynamic fabric; a 100% nylon which offers high amounts of abrasion resistance without the excessive weight. A durable water repellent coating has been added to the outer of this fabric to ensure water beads off the surface if you happen to get caught out.
What is the backsystem?
A thick layer of foam sits between you and the contents of the bag, ensuring objects don't jab you in the back while walking. Over the top of this, Montane's Contact Air Mesh Plus wicks away sweat and increases ventilation on warmer outings. A webbing hipbelt keeps the pack secure on more technical trails but can be removed if you're not a fan. This strap has been designed to be easily accessed and worn even while wearing a climbing harness. Lastly, Montane's 'Click and Go' chest strap does exactly that; it simply clicks into place and can be pulled off when you're done — no faffing with fiddly buckles.
What are the features?
Access into the pack is carried out via a drawcord system (named Cord Lord) and covered with a bivi flap to keep the contents dry. A top rope strap with easy access buckles means you can pop your rope on even while wearing bulky gloves, while side compression straps pull the weight closer to your back or reduce the volume when not fully packed. There are loads of gear loops and external attachment points if you need to attach extra gear to the outer of the pack; you've even got internal daisy chain loops and an organisation pocket for separating gear inside the pack. Lastly, a sleeve stores a bladder for easy hydrating when on the move.
