90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

The Nomad 7+ is quite the impressive piece of kit! It’s easy to use, versatile and adjustable – the perfect solution to those looking for a way to recharge their gear whilst out in the wilderness for extended periods of time.

Starting from the back you’ll notice a little zipped pocket – When you first open it up, you’ll find the user guide and a little carabiner that helps you attach the solar panel to the outside of your pack. This little pocket also hides the output cable and the junction box – this clever little junction box is a 1-amp output to your USB devices. It features an auto restart that’s smarter than anything else on the market. With the ability to track power flow history, it knows the difference between a device that has reached a fully charged state and one that disconnects due to environmental causes (e.g. lack of sunlight, shadow, solar eclipse). When the latter is detected, it automatically reconnects the charging device, no extra work on your part is needed. The junction box also had a Solar Intensity Indicator to show you how much sunlight your panel is getting and how quickly it’s charging your devices.

This pocket is not only is this the perfect place to stash your phone whilst it’s charging but can also be disconnected along the side of it to doble up as a kickstand that’ll angle the solar panel at 45 degrees to the sun. You can also thread the charging cable out the back of the pocket and disconnect the pouch/kickstand completely to strip down the weight for minimalist backpacking trips.

The Nomad 7+ pairs perfectly with the Flip Power Bank – you can charge this up during the day and then plug your devices into the Flip to charge them when the sun goes down. Alternatively, you can still plug your devices in to charge through the Nomad during the day.
