With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).
For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Adjustable, clever, low-profile and easy to use - The Shape Shift Hydration Bladder from Hydrapak is one of the most versatile little bladders we stock. As the name would suggest, you can alter the ‘shape’ and the volume of this bladder. In the centre of the bladder you’ll notice there’s a ‘baffle’ – inside the bladder itself the baffle looks like the seal on a Ziplock bag – slide them together to lock for a low-profile and 1.5-liters in volume. This setting is ideal for high-impact sports, like running or mountain biking where you want the bladder to sit a bit closer to your body to reduce the ‘slosh’. You can then also pull or slide apart the baffle to unlock full 2-liters of volume.
The Slide-Seal top is easy to use and opens wide for quick filling and closes tight for a leakproof seal. Attached to the Slide-Seal to a little tether that helps prevent miss-placing. Dual FlexGrip handles make the reservoir convenient to carry and easy to grab out of your pack. It also provides a secure grip whilst pouring and filling up your bladder.
The Flexible 36" HydraFlex drink tube is non-kinking and provides a steady flow whilst the High-flow Blaster bite valve self-seals after each sip and features a smooth twist on/off bar to prevent leaks when not in use. Where your drink tube meets your bladder you have a Plug-N-Play connector – this is optimized for increased flow and features an auto shutoff valve to prevent accidental leaks.
