90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

The Yeti 150 is a versatile and powerful battery that charges your devices repeatedly over multi day trips. It is also light enough to store easily in the van or keep in the house in case the power cuts out. It’s more versatile than the bigger batteries in the Goal Zero range and is a good medium for people who need more power than a power bank but don’t need all the extra fuss and weight of the bigger Yeti’s. It recharges from the wall in around 6 hours and charges your devices over and over again – perfect for road trips in the van. The battery is incredibly quiet and much lighter than other batteries.

The Yeti features a magnitude of versatile powering options. These include two USB ports, an AC outlet and a 12V output so you can charge a plethora of devices all at the same time! The Yeti 150 is great for all your smaller devices, tablets, and laptops. From full charge it’ll recharge:

  • Smartphone 9-12 Recharges
  • POV Camera 25 Recharges
  • Headlamp 25-50 Recharges
  • Tablet 6 Recharges
  • Laptop 1-2 Recharges
  • Light-a-Life 50 Hours

To recharge the Yeti simply plug it into the wall and it’ll fully recharge in around 6 hours. Alternatively, if you’re out in the wilderness and you don’t have access to a socket, the Yeti is compatible with Goal Zero’s range of Solar Panels. Recharge times vary with the size of the solar panel – for example the Boulder 50 will fully recharge the Yeti 150 in about 6-12 hours.
