90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Radial?

The Radial is probably the most versatile bag... ever! It can be used for your daily commute, walking, biking, travelling, the list goes on. You can even extend it from 26 litres to 34 litres in the blink of an eye. It's got more features than you can count on both hands, making it a brilliant all-rounder for those who want one bag to do it all. 

What is it made of?

The Radial is made using a tough yet lightweight 210D nylon. This fabric weighs only a fraction of what traditional canvas bags used to, but offers similar abrasion resistance and durability. A durable water repellent coating adds further weather resistance. 

Which backsystem does it use?

It uses Osprey's AirSpeed backsystem, one of their most breathable options. This system places a piece of suspended mesh against your back, with the pack itself sitting about an inch away. This creates a gap between your back and the pack, allowing air to pass through and reducing sweat build-up. Not only is it super breathable, but stops items in the pack jabbing you during your commute. The length of the backsystem is adjustable via buttons which thread into the mesh on the backpanel. 

Padded shoulder straps take the weight of the pack comfortably and a lightweight non-weight-bearing hipbelt keeps the pack close. 

What are its features?

The most unique feature of the pack is its expandable storage — simply unzip what looks like a large compartment and the pack will expand from 26 to 34 litres. This not only provides you with extra storage but stops things sloshing about during transit if you haven't packed as much. 

Other features include Osprey's LidLock system, allowing you to attach a bike helmet to the outer of the pack, a brightly-coloured raincover when the weather takes the turn for the worse, an internal shoe compartment for your running/cycling shoes, a padded laptop & tablet sleeve, zipped stretch mesh side pockets for snacks and a scratch-free sunglasses/phone pocket. You can even thread a bike light through the loop where the name is printed. 

When you're finished using the pack or need to access things on the go, there's an integrated kickstand to stop it falling over.
