90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Escape Flight 36?

The Escape Flight strikes the perfect balance between being large enough to store a weekend's worth of kit, yet not so bulky that it becomes difficult to carry for extended periods of time. The 36 litres of total space makes it ideal for weekend trips away or even longer if packing conservatively. While we're on the subject of its useful size, it can be used as carry-on luggage for most airlines (always double-check with your chosen airline!). 

What is it made of?

As you'd expect, a bag of this calibre has to be able to withstand some abuse. Lowe Alpine use a super-tough 210D nylon throughout the main body of the bag to ensure it withstands the rigours of world travel. For high-wear areas such as the base, Lowe use an almost armour-like 600D polyester. Both of these fabrics are equipped with a HydroShield water-resistant coating, just in case you get caught out. 

What are the Escape Flight's features?

Starting with carrying options, there are padded shoulder straps to allow you to wear the bag like a rucksack and a shoulder strap to wear it like a satchel — both can be stashed away when not in use. Access into the main compartment is via chunky, tamper-proof zips. The space inside is perfectly shaped for Lowe Alpine's packing cubes, so you've got the option to perfectly organise all of your kit. A padded sleeve stores up to a 15" laptop and includes a smaller sleeve within for a passport; this is lockable for added security. An internal mesh divider provides even more organisation options (i.e. clean and dirty clothes). If the bag isn't fully packed, you'll appreciate the internal and external compression straps to fasten the load down. Lastly, there's a side mesh pocket and a zipped top pocket with a key clip.
