What is the Kangsar Shirt?
This shirt will become your most used piece of kit when travelling anywhere warm and humid. It weighs just 155g and is the most versatile piece of clothing you'll own.
What is it made of?
It's made using a highly breathable, comfortable, quick-drying, moisture-wicking nylon with a UPF 50 rating. The total weight of the shirt is just 155g (about the same as an average smartphone) if that gives you some idea of how light this thing is! The low weight combined with the technical fabric means it'll dry within a few hours after pulling it from the wash. Along with all of this, it includes buzzGUARD and No Fly Zone; two long-lasting coatings to repel biting insects.
What are its features?
The back is lined with mesh for greater moisture-wicking, while seam vents improve ventilation. Tabs on the sleeves give you the option to easily roll them up and secure in place. Side drawstrings allow you to taper in the fit. Lastly, there are two hidden front pockets to store essentials.
How does it fit?
It features Kathmandu's 'regular' fit, so it's not loose and baggy, nor is it skin tight. It sits fairly level with the hips and can be adjusted to suit your shape with drawstrings in the sides.
