90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Stryka Hoody?

The Stryka is an ultra-comfortable, stretchy, breathable hoody which can either be worn as a base or midlayer. Thanks to the moisture-wicking Torrent fabric and brilliant fit, it can be used for virtually any mountain activity or snowsport. 

What is it made of?

It's made using Arc'teryx's Torrent 170 fabric, a mix of polyester and elastane. This fabric actively wicks away sweat as you move and dries exceptionally quickly, making it ideal for activities which demand a high output. As well as offering incredible moisture-wicking and breathability, it provides valuable warmth during cooler months and makes a great baselayer. 

What are its features?

The hood can either be used as a balaclava or a neck gaiter depending on your activity, while a zipped chest pocket stores items you want to keep safe. All zip pulls on the Stryka are made using TPU to prevent them from freezing in cold conditions. 

How does it fit?

It features a 'regular' fit, meaning it's looser than some dedicated baselayers but tighter than your average midlayer. The stretchy fabric means you never feel restricted.
