90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Airmat Lite 5?

The Airmat Lite 5 is a lightweight, packable, comfortable sleeping mat featuring a deep 5cm thick design, a comfortable width of 52cm and a pack size of just 1.5 litres. For most people, it's a perfect all-rounder.

What is it made of?

The bulk of the mat is made from a tough yet soft 75D polyester with a TPU Polyether film to increase weather-resistance and durability. These fabrics are Oeko-Tex 100 certified, meaning the fabrics have been tested and certified to be free from harmful levels of more than 100 substances known to be harmful to human health.

These fabrics are welded in a through-baffle construction to create deep 5cm deep channels, making it one of the most comfortable yet lightweight mats available at this price. Despite all the comfort, the entire mat weighs just 525g and packs down to around the same size as a 1.5 litre water bottle.

Included with the mat is a mini pump for quick and easy inflation, a stuffsack for compact storage, a repair kit in case the worst should happen and a repair manual.
