What are the Gamma LT Pants?

What are they made of?
These trousers are constructed with hardwearing Fortius™ DW 2.0 that uses a combination of nylon and elastane for durability and flexibility all in one.
A rugged material that offers a breathable, weather resistant layer, Fortius™ DW 2.0 is a super versatile, comfortable softshell, ideal for long days at the crag or exploring the hills. It uses a combination of tough nylon with elastane, for a slight stretch to withstand dynamic movement and extensions when climbing or scrambling up technical terrain.
What are their features?
This lightweight softshell offers a thin, breathable layer of warmth. It has wind and water repellent properties for extra protection against the elements and is highly durable against abrasion from rough, rocky surfaces.
These trousers have an adjustable, low-profile webbing waistbelt, which is flexible and sits comfortably across the midsection. The belt is slim and smooth, meaning it can sit under a harness or a pack without feeling restrictive or annoying. It's a super handy feature because it's built into the design. Therefore, it fits perfectly, has less bulk than other regular belts, and offers more bang for your buck as you don't need to invest a belt separately!
Cut in an articulated pattern, these trousers offer plenty of room for movement. With a gusset placed at the crotch, they have a little extra fabric where you need it most, for added mobility and freedom of movement - so there's no need to worry about an embarrassing split trouser moment in front of your pals!
To fasten the trousers, there's a zippered fly with a snap fastening closure for security and low bulk. In terms of storage, zippered hand pockets are perfect for stowing snacks or energy gels. There's also a zippered thigh pocket which is roomy enough to fit a phone, wallet or GPS device, this pocket is placed just under where a climbing harness would sit, so you can still access it if needs be in the middle of an ascent.
The hems of these pants are laminated for reinforcement against hiking boots or uneven ground - they have a low-profile drawcord closure to allow wearers to adjust the style and fit around chunky boots or approach shoes. The drawcord is ideal for cinching the hems in during wet weather to offer a little extra protection around the ankles. They help stop water from splashing inside your hiking boots and making your feet all wet and cold – there’s nothing worse than having to put up with soggy feet on a long hike!

These trousers have a regular fit with a straight leg cut, sitting a little looser on the frame for enhanced mobility and movement.
