What are the Gamma SL QD Pants?

What are they made of?
These trousers are constructed using Bluesign® approved materials, including TerraTex™ stretch fabric.
TerraTex™ fabric is breathable stretch nylon, built to ease transitions between altering environments. It performs brilliantly in changeable weather. Quick drying properties help enhance comfort and temperature regulation when working up a sweat in the hills or scrambling through streams.
What are their features?
The Gamma SL QD Pants may look extremely minimal and simple, but in reality, they're far from it.
The TerraTex™ stretch fabric allows great freedom of movement when scrambling or climbing up tricky ascents. They feel super lightweight and breathable, helping you keep cool on more exposed routes and trails. Even though they feel almost weightless, they are incredibly robust and durable. Nylon can withstand abrasion well, so you can get out and have fun in these trousers regardless of the terrain or activity.
An adjustable webbing belt with a hooked buckle helps keep them fastened securely. The hooked buckle works really efficiently - it's super quick and easy to use and has less of a chance of popping open, keeping you inside your pants at all times! The webbing belt is comfortable and low-profile; it's built into the trousers to create a sleeker style. It rides easily under a pack, helping you feel more comfortable and unrestricted all day long, even when carrying equipment. The fly of these bottoms is also fastened with a zip and snap closure for extra security.
These trousers have articulated patterning, providing extra fabric in the areas you need it most. Articulated cuts help enhance mobility and freedom when tackling steep inclines and rocky scrambles. A gusset has also been added at the crotch to help alleviate stress from vital seams and prevent an embarrassing split pants moment when you're out in the mountains!
Storage isn't a problem with the Gamma SL QD Pants. Two zippered hand pockets are perfect for storing small belongings like snacks or keys. There is also a zippered rear pocket and two thigh pockets for stowing away slightly bulkier items such as a phone or GPS, that you don't want to obstruct your movement out on the hill.
