Position: Customer Service Assistant

Working hours: Full time (42.5 hrs per week)

Location: Herefordshire (with the potential to work from home and office in a hybrid model)

Salary: £20,995.00 pa

Who are we looking for?

Trekitt is looking to recruit an enthusiastic assistant to join its rapidly expanding and busy customer service team. The right applicant must be good with people, intelligent and well organised.

Role:

Customer service is one of the most important roles in our company and is responsible for upholding our high standards of customer care. You will be expected to delight our customers and deal with their needs in a professional, friendly and timely manner.

  • This is a full-time position, 42.5 hours per week, worked over 5 days on rotation.
  • We offer competitive rates of pay and many other benefits.

You must have:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A self-motivated work ethic
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work closely with your colleague's in both a virtual and a Hereford based office environment
  • A keen interest in the outdoors o A strong grasp of our product range and its underpinning technologies. Although this is preferable product training can be provided

Confidence with the following software is an advantage.

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Zendesk / customer service
  • EPOS systems

But if you are the right person with the right communication skills, full technical training will be provided.
