The upper of the Gambit is made from a tough yet breathable leather which will mould to your feet the more you use them. As well as leather excelling in breathability, it also offers a high level of abrasion resistance for slightly less polished climbs and those who are rough on their kit. Sitting underneath the tough leather upper is Five Ten's own Stealth C4 rubber outsole, one of the stickiest and most widely used rubbers available. It offers the perfect balance between durability, longevity and performance. Securing the shoe to your foot is a simple velcro closure.
Sporting a stiff feel and a rounded toe box, the Gambit is designed to be pliable enough for smears yet stiff enough for edging. The rounded toe box provides a fit that most can get on with and allows further customisation when your feet swell slightly during climbs.
