With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

What are the Kirigamis?
When long-lasting comfort outweighs the need for aggressive, technical climbing shoes – the Kirigami from Five Ten are a super comfortable, supportive climbing shoe designed for beginners and seasoned climbers alike. They have a medium flex and extended rubber coverage around the toes to support a variety of different climbing types. So, if you’re chopping and changing between long pitches and summer afternoons bouldering, these are the shoes you can do it all in!
What are they made of?
The Kirigamis have a fully synthetic upper and a textile lining – this helps to absorb sweat and keep your feet dry. The rubber used on the bottom is the Stealth C4 rubber- a firm favourite in the Five Ten line up. This is because it’s not only incredibly sticky but hard wearing, no matter what type of rock you’re climbing on. The rubber is extended over the toe cap to protect the upper from abrasive rock.
What are the features?
The Kirigamis feature two hook and loop velcro closures – the wide section of velcro allows you to customise the fit of the shoe depending on what you’re climbing. On the heel of the shoe you get two little carabiner loops that allow you to attach the shoes to the outside of your pack or a harness when you’re climbing mixed routes or descending off a multi pitch.
