With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

The Arcteryx Covert C-O (carry-on) is a tough, padded bag designed to be used as carry-on luggage while travelling. 40 litres of total space houses items such as clothes, electronics, books and travel essentials for multi-day trips, but is equally well suited to moving from location to location thanks to stowable rucksack straps and a protective layer of padding throughout.
The Convert isn't short of pockets, with a small internal security pocket housing a passport, money or a phone, a large flat internal pocket for books, magazines or documents and up to 40L of total space for other travel items. Padding on all sides protects the contents of the bag and gives you peace of mind when loading on and off cars, trains and planes. Internal compression straps are then added to fasten loose items down, making it easier to carry but also adding further protection to your gear.
We all know that travel bags recieve a lot of abuse, therefore Arcteryx have encased the Covert in a 500 denier Nylon with a silicone treatment to withstand just about anything you can throw at it. You may pay a little more for an Arcteryx item initially, but it will most likely last ten times longer due to the exceptional build quality and construction. Attached to this tough outer shell are 4 grab handles to make loading and unloading easier, while stowable rucksack straps allow you to carry the Covert from location to location in comfort.
